I made some progress in the course of this cycle, but also at times neglected my practice. Specifically, over break I did very little practice, and most of my Japanese studying over break was aimed at recalling old vocabulary and solidifying my understanding of new vocabulary.
The most helpful pronunciation activity I took part in recently was the プリテレ project. I had to speak my lines and receive critique on them, but also spent a lot of time speaking others' lines and generally communication with my partners in Japanese, as well as listening to them speak their lines. Comparing our practice presentation with the pronunciation edits was also a productive activity.
